WHO AM I?
I’m originally from Sydney, Australia and grew up in Estonia. My passion has been always about fitness since my middle school. Now I’m an active fitness trainer that loves to share her passion with you guys.
I’m a bit of an introvert, even a self-diagnosed recluse. But I consider myself a very friendly and helpful person nonetheless.
I’m a single mom and my world revolves around my son, my work and my passion to fitness.
2007 – 2012 Tallinn University – bachelor’s degree in Physical Culture
1995 – 2007 Paide Co-education Gymnasium (with distinction in physical education)

My point is always staying hungry for improvement. It all starts with the mindset before going physical. I believe in that strongly and that’s why I make sure every single piece of article I write, gives the right and accurate info to equip you with the right knowledge first!
What’s the point of doing 100 crunches every single day for 30 days and not seeing results! You will get depressed and annoyed. On top of that, you’ll start blaming your genes and how bad they are.
But that is never the case.
For example, I always emphasize in my writings to use HIIT instead of Cardio. To not use machines and focus on free weights. To be creative in a workout routine and not repeat it every day. And so many points I discussed on my blog.
